Testing Ultrasonic Bin Control on a Cuber

1. When the water tank begins filling-position an object five to seven inches from the ultrasonic bin-control lens.

2. Control board engages five-second delay; “Bin Close” LED illuminates. After fifteen more seconds, icemaker shuts down completely.  

3. Withdraw the object: thirty-second delay follows, LED extinguishes, unit resumes normal operation.  

Troubleshooting: Verify exact placement; if issue persists, detach UBC sensor, rotate lens for alignment, then replace both sensor and control board as needed.

Adjusting Distance Bin Control Activates

Simply turn the pot on the board to match the distance from the bottom of the machine you desire. The higher the number the further away the bin control will shut off.

We have found that going below the number 1 is necessary on some dispensers. Test after making adjustments
